Lasting results emerged from environments that aligned incentives, reduced friction, improved decision quality, and enabled people to consistently make sound decisions. Led a national team of seven Senior Field Applications Specialists supporting approximately 350 academic, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and research accounts across the United States. Partnered with commercial, R&D, and product leadership to execute strategic initiatives, support new product introductions, optimize field operations, and implement governance through Danaher Business System methodologies. Translated operational and financial data into insights supporting workforce planning and executive decision-making.

Abcam
Led operational and cross-functional coordination for commercial mammalian cell line development in a high-growth biotechnology environment, managing complex workflows and stakeholder alignment across scientific and operational teams. Partnered across program management, commercial, supply chain, logistics, and quality functions to support ISO-certified operations and portfolio growth, and identified the operational risks that accumulate when a scientific pipeline scales faster than the structure carrying it. Developed reporting structures that improved visibility into workflow constraints, throughput, and long-term scalability.
